Tom Ford Nail laquer in 'Bordeaux lust'

Isn't this colour absolutely gorgeous?

Bordeaux lust is one of the nail lacquer colours released from Tom Ford. It's a beautiful, deep, blood red colour that is a perfect feminine, classic colour. Personally, I love more rich, dark reds to wear in the winter time.
What it claims

There are 16 colours in total including Bordeaux lust, and those are:

●African violet- a strong, mid purple
●Indian pink- a classic pink with a coral undertone
●Bitter bit*h-(excuse the bad language..) a deep purple, brown taupe
●Mink brule- (one of my personal favourites) a perfect balance of pink and nude for a sleek look
●Pink crush- a candyfloss pink with a purple undertone
●Carnal red- a bright, letterbox red
●Plum noir- a rich purple, darker than african violet, with a red undertone

●Coral blame- a muted orange coral colour
●Scarlet chinois- brighter, more brick-red
●Fever pink- darker pink than 'indian pink'
●Smoke red- In-between bordeaux lust and carnal red, a red with an orange undertone
●Flo naked- the lightest of the 3 nude
●Toasted sugar- the mid-nude colour
●Flo viper- deep purple, similar to plum noir but with a blue/purple undertone
●Ginger fire- more of a strong orange, rather than muted Coral flame

Benefit thrrrob face powder review.

This one's just going to be a a quick and easy review of what I think about Benefit's thrrrob face powder. Although the product itself is pink, it is targeted to being a face powder.. 

Long story short, what do I think of this product? I like it. But not enough to re-purchase. There, that does pretty much sum it up; it is nice, but since it is so pink and I'm not sure how well its picked up in the photo, but there is fine glitter in this product I must warn you. Also since it is meant to be a face powder, rather than a blush, the pigmentation isn't the best either. 
All those factors combined, it does limit the uses of this product, and for me, its been strictly used only as a blush for evenings. (it's even too much glitter for daytime /: ) 


Overall, I don't think its anything to write home about and its.. Okay. Would I say it's worth the price tag? No, sadly it really isn't worth it. If your looking for a great everyday blush, I would recommend No7 for highstreet and bobbi brown for higher up the price scale.

Nails of the Day..

Since I'm still new to the whole blogging world, it feels strangely odd doing a NOTD after seeing many other bloggers doing it, but hey ho! It really is quite fun (:

I was trying out the H&M nail polishes for the first time, and so far so good! 

  and to top it off, my must have top-coat; Sally Hansen Insta-dry
 

This polish is in the shade 'Cherry' and its so beautiful; honestly don't think the photo does it justice. It's the perfect wine red that I've been on the hunt for the winter and my find couldn't have been better. It's priced at incredibly low price of only 99p :o So instantly, I had to pick up two. -not going to lie, even tempted to pick up another.. I also picked up another in the colour 'Taupe'. As you can judge by the name, its such a gorgeous muted greige-ish colour. (: just my cup of tea, however since I do sway towards the neutrals nearly every-time, I jumped on the wagon and went for the autumn/winter colour. 

p.s. you'll be seeing a NOTD in the future with the Taupe, I'm sure of it.

The perfect Chelsea boots perhaps?

Aren't these so bloody gorgeous? I've been dying to get my hands on the Topshop ALLEGRA Chelsea boots however... can I justify the price tag? sadly not... Then came these bad boys from River Island! They are slightly different and these are in Tan, (they do come in black too) but these are almost half the price of the Allegra and are £40 :D

Bet they'll look gorgeous with any outfit during the colder months and you can stay warm and stylish! Trust me, your feet will thank you

Things I love about winter (:

Its now coming towards the end of October which only means here comes my birthday, Winter and Christmas! Don't get me wrong, I love summer and all its warmth, but there's something about the Winter months that brings lots of happiness, especially getting more and more closer to the magical Christmas Day. So here are so few things that have put a giant smile on my face (:
